The people who run the jobs
Gerard La Mothe Jr.
President since 1998
Gerard started the company in 1998 and brought his father in as a partner. He lives in Tallahassee. He still walks estimates and still answers questions on the Ask Gerard page. Marshall Parker
Estimator
Twelve years estimating, and a painter before that, so he has stood on the ladder he is pricing. Marshall or Gerard walks the job with you. Reviewers name him more than anyone but the painters. Painter and crew lead, 25 years with Superior

Exterior project manager
Salon came up through the crews as a painter and was promoted this year to run our exterior work. On an outside job, Salon is the one running it.
Olivia Rountree
Office manager
Call 850-297-1882 and Olivia is usually the person who picks up. She takes the details, gets Marshall or Gerard scheduled to come look, and handles insurance certificates when you need one. Gerard on Olivia: "She's a gem."
The painters
