Commercial Repaint & Office Painting in Tallahassee

Most of what we paint is houses. Some of it is offices, storefronts, facilities, and rental units around Tallahassee, and we do that kind of repaint too. Same crews and the same two estimators. How we work around your business

• We work to your calendar. If the space has to stay open during the day, we schedule around it, including off-hours.
• We protect what we are not painting. Desks, equipment, floors, and fixtures get covered before a can is opened.
• We keep the jobsite orderly. Tools stay in one place. Nothing gets left where a customer or a tenant will trip on it.
• We prep before we paint. Patch, sand, caulk, prime where it needs it. Skipping prep is how a repaint fails early.
• We use quality paint from the major brands.
• You get office staff and project managers you can reach. A person answers 850-297-1882. Salon, our exterior project manager, runs the outside jobs. The estimator who quoted your job stays on it.

We will not paint over rot, and we will not paint wet wood. If a job needs to slip a day for weather, we tell you.

Gerard La Mothe Jr. started the company in 1998 and still handles the commercial side himself. Ask for Gerard. Marshall Parker, our estimator for 12 years, walks jobs too. One of them comes out and looks at everything. You get a written quote, and the estimate is free.

Crews are two or three painters, on purpose. Small crews fit in an occupied office without taking it over.

We are insured, general liability and workers' compensation. If you need a certificate of insurance before the job starts, ask and our office will send it. We take check, ACH, or card.

Timing an exterior job

Commercial exteriors follow the weather like everything else here. We paint year-round in Tallahassee, but October and November are the driest stretch and the best window for exteriors, and those weeks book up in late summer. Summer afternoons rain. If it rains for three days, we reschedule. We do not paint wet siding. Interiors we can do any month.

We are usually booked out, so call early and we will tell you when we can start.
